Objects:
1. the trustees shall hold the capital and income of the trust fund upon trust to apply the income, and all or such part or parts of the capital, at such times, in such manner, and subject to such restrictions (if any) as the trustees may in their discretion think fit for or towards financially assisting children in need, in particular providing financial assistance to those children who are suffering hardship and support towards the relief of physical or mental disability of children by any method which shall be recognised as charitable and providing recreational facilities for children whether the need is due to disablement, poverty or social and economic circumstances and further alleviating hardship and providing support to parents/guardians of children in need insofar as it assists the main object. 2. the trustees shall not apply any part of the trust fund directly in relief of public funds, but may apply the whole or any part of the trust fund in supplementing public funds. 3. the trustees may, in their discretion, for the period of 21 years from the date of this deed, instead of applying the income of the charity in any year, accumulate all or any part of such income at compound interest by investing the same, and the resulting income, in any of the authorised investments and shall hold the same as an accretion to and as part of the capital of the charity, without prejudice to their right to apply the whole or any part of such accumulated income on any subsequent year as if the same were income of the charity arising in the then current year.
