(a) to promote the benefit of the female inhabitants of north london in particular the benefit of those female inhabitants who are orthodox jewish women by providing and assisting in the provisions of facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said female inhabitants by providing and making available premises and facilities for the rehearsal and performance of drama and other performing arts. (b) for such other charitable purposes for the benefit of jewish persons as the project through its committee shall from time to time decide.
