to relieve the need of people with disabilities and in particular but without prejudice to the foregoing the trustees may in furtherance of this object:-a) encourage towns/cities to form shopmobility schemes;b) advise on the provision of facilities, in particular wheelchairs and similar equipment, to assist in improving the mobility and the condition of life of disabled persons;c) seek to improve facilities for disabled persons and to this end to maintain liaison with local authorities and other organisations.
