Objects:

to pay a bursary or bursaries (to be known as the pip prosser bursary) by way of a sum or sums not exceeding two thousand pounds per annum per pupil to be awarded to sixth form pupils of carshalton high school for boys of winchcome road carshalton surrey who gain entry to university to follow an academic degree which pupils have contributed to the life of the said school and who will benefit from financial support such bursary to be awarded on the recommendation of the headteacher of the said school or such other person as the trustees shall in their absolute discretion consider appropriate
