the object of the organisation is to promote the welfare of the elderly who by reason of age, infirmity or isolation are in need of support to maintain their independence in the area of tisbury, hindon, fovant and donhead. the committee may admit as guests of the day centre, any person over the age of 60 who are eligible within the above criteria
