(1) the object of the charity is the advancement of education by the provision of items, services and facilities for the schools of the charity within the area of benefit.(2) if and in so far as the income (or property) of the charity cannot be applied towards the object above it may be applied in promoting the education (including education in the doctrines of the church of england) of persons who are in need of financial assistance in the following order of priority:(a) persons who are attending a school of the charity;(b) persons who have at any time attended the schools of the charity; and(c) persons under the age of 25 resident in the area of benefit.
