the trustees shall hold the capital an income of the trust fund upon trust to apply the income, and all or such part or parts of the capital, at such time or times and in such manner as the trustees may in their absolute discretion think fit or towards:(1) the relief of the physical disability of blindness by any method which shall be recognised as charitable and in particular but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing by: (a) the provision of financial assistance, technical assistance or business advice or constancy in order to provide employment opportunities for blind or visually impaired people in case of financial or other charitable need through help in setting up their own business or to existing businesses; (b) grants; and (c) counselling or other practical advice (2) such other exclusively charitable objects and purposes in any part of the world as the trustees amy in their discretion think fit.
