"(a) to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare with the object of improving the condition of life for the general public, particularly those persons of caribbean descent (""the beneficiaries"") and to advance the education of the beneficiaries in ipswich and the neighbouring districts in suffolk (""the area of benefit""). such facilities shall include a saturday school for children, a youth club, health talks and craft activities and other recreational activities. (b) to relieve unemployment for the aforementioned beneficiaries in the aforementioned area of benefit through the provision of training and work schemes, particularly in computer skills. (c) to relieve poverty, need and distress amongst the aforementioned beneficiaries in the aforementioned area of benefit, particularly through the provision of sheltered accommodation and advice for those persons in need of such facilities."
