Objects:

(1) to advance the education of the public in television, broadcasting, digital and communications technology and related subjects particularly in ways which may promote community development and life-long learning; and (2) to promote the public benefit by the provision of facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure-time occupation by providing and making available facilities for the recording, editing and broadcasting of films, video-recordings, televisual, multi-media and other methods of communication and other amenities as the charity may decide with the object of improving the conditions of life of those persons for whom the facilities and amenities are provided.
