the trustees shall hold the trust fund and the income it produces on the trusts and with the powers set out in this deed for the following purposesthe preservation conservation maintenance restoration and improvement of the dorset countryside for the benefit of the public and in particular (but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing)1) the acquisition and preservation of areas of countryside as a habitat and sanctuary for plant and wildlife; and2) the stimulation and encouragement of interest by the public in the foregoing.
