to relieve poverty and need amongst children and in particular, but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing: a) to construct and maintain a shelter(s), to be called 'romilly's children's shelter' for homeless children in navaisha (kenya) or such other locations as the trustees in their absolute discretion think fit; b) to shelter, care for, cloth, feed and educate the homeless children in navaisha at the said shelter(s); c) to provide funding for and manage such other facilities or activities as the trustees in their absolute discretion believe will alleviate the poverty or suffering of children.
