Objects:

(1) to relieve hardship, distress and suffering of disadvantaged people, including tamils in the northern and eastern provinces of sri lanka who are disadvantaged as a result of conflicts and natural disasters. (2) to advance the education and training of children, including tamil children in the northern and eastern provinces of sri lanka, in particular in the agriculture and industry, by the provision of, and support to purchase, materials necessary for schooling and training.
