Objects:

the trustees shall stand possessed of the trust fund and the income thereof from the date hereof to pay or apply such income and the whole or any part or parts of the capital of the trust fund in such manner as is exclusively charitable for the public benefit for the following purposes:-(a) research into all aspects of hepatitis c including (but not limited to) the causes detection transmission prevention and treatment of hepatitis c and the publication and dissemination of the useful results of all such research. (b) the advancement of education concerning hepatitis c; and (c) the relief of persons suffering from hepatitis c by the provision and/or funding of medical treatment and the relief of such persons and their families through the provision of counselling and support services.
