to advance the education of the public and promote the principles of the church of england the provision and maintenance of facilities for the following purposes for the benefit of the public and, in particular but not exclusively of persons who are resident in ludlow : (a) for promoting education in the doctrines of the church of england by means of sunday school or otherwise; (b) for otherwise promoting education ( including social, medical and physical training ); and (c) for helping and educating such persons under 25 years of age through their leisure time activities so as to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capacities that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and as members of society and that their conditions of life may be improved.
