the aims are to enhance the education of the children between the ages of 2 and 14 years by provision of facilities for the daily care and recreation during out of school hours and within the nursery school by: (a) offering appropriate play, education and care facilities, ensuring equal opportunities for all children attending.(b) to advance the education of the children attending noah's ark nursery and out of school care by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities.(c) instigating and adhering to and furthering the aims and objects of the pre-school learning alliance.
