Objects:

1. to relieve those persons without limitations of race, gender, disability, age, class or beliefs who are suffering from a life threatening or terminal illness; and to care for and support the families, carers and friends of such persons both before and after the death of the person being cared for.2. to advance the education of the public about care for and support of those who are suffering life-threatening or terminal illness and about care and support of families, carers and friends of such person before and after the death of the person being cared for.3. for such other charitable purposes as the trustees shall from time to time determine.
