(1) to maintain, repair, restore, preserve, improve, beautify and reconstruct for the benefit of the public the fabric of the church of st. nicholas, harwich, its monuments, fixtures, fittings, furniture, stained glass, ornaments and other chattels and its churchyard. (11) to construct, re-construct, maintain, repair, preserve and beautify any building or construction within the churchyard of the said church or elsewhere within the parish of harwich and to provide any associated fixtures, fittings or furnishings. (111) to such other educational or charitable purposes connected with the said church as the trustees shall determine.
