1. to advance the education of children, young adults and their families residing in the counties of gloucestershire, herefordshire, powys and worcestershire, such that they are enabled to develop their employment opportunities and realistic goals, and to realise their full potential within their community and society as a whole;2. to advance the education of children excluded from mainstream education to develop their social, literacy and numeracy skills in an alternative environment such that they are better able to reintegrate into mainstream education, or to give them a positive focus on their opportunities and to be able to enter meaningful employment.
