(a) to promote any charitable purpose for the benefit of the community in the greater london boroughs, local, national, regional and trans national areas of united kingdom (england) and further afield and in particular the advancement of education, the furtherance of health and relief of poverty, distress and sickness for the benefit of the african, african-caribbean and ethnic minority groups.(a)(1) to relieve poverty by making grants of money to persons in need by reason of financial hardship, illness or distress and by providing or assisting in the provision of housing for homeless persons who would otherwise be unable to afford accommodation.(a)(2) to advance education by holding courses, classes, seminars and other educational activities in particular for persons who are suffering from financial hardship, illness, disability or distress.(a)(3) to relieve persons in need by reason of financial hardship, illness, disability or distress by providing a drop in centre for advice at which counselling and advice will be given to such persons to relieve their need.
