(1) the provision and maintenance of an institute for use by the inhabitants of the area of benefit including use for:(a) a sunday school or classes for other religious education;(b) a meeting place for clerics or other societies for the promotion of a philanthropic charitable or benevolent purpose;(c) meetings, lectures and classes and other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation.(2) the land with the building thereon identified in the schedule to this scheme must be retained by the managing trustee for use for the object of the charity.(3) if and insofar as the building is not required for the object of the charity the managing trustee may hire it out and charge for the use.
