3.1 to provide or assist in the provision of facilities (with particular emphasis on transportation facilities) for recreation or other leisuretime occupation in the interests of social welfare provided that:-3.1.1. such facilities are provided with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities are primarily intended, and3.1.2 those persons have need of such facilities as aforesaid by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, poverty or economic circumstances.3.2 to relieve poverty and provide aid (particularly aid in the form of transportation) to poor people and people suffering from economic or social disadvantage by reason of lack of mobility.3.3 to provide vocational training and work experience for young persons and those in need.3.4 to carry out any other charitable object that can be beneficially carried out in conjunction with the above main objects.
