Objects:
(a) to relieve poverty and to advance education amongst persons of the broxtowe estate, and with particular regard to such persons who are unemployed or are suffering the consequences of economic disadvantage, in order to contribute to the development of the area economically, socially and in spirit(b) to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and other leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants(c) to advance and improve community understanding of the physical environment and to enhance community safety and health(d) to promote the advancement of education and learning, including training in skills relevant to securing employment(e) to preserve, repair and maintain for the benefit of the general public, buildings of historical, architectural or constructional interest(f) to promote such other charitable purposes for the general benefit of the public or sections of the public as the company shall think fit, in particular purposes directed to the benefit of people suffering from the effects of unemployment or economic decline
