Objects:
the charity's objects are to educate and train young people who are studying, and people of ethnic minority origin, in learning skills and in skills and qualities such as decision-taking, leadership, team-building, organisation, planning, self-motivation and effective communication with a view to: (a) improving their academic achievement; and (b) encouraging and enabling them to take active part in civic life in accordance with the principles of good citizenship; and (c) assisting them to enter and progress in careers in industry, commerce, the professions or public administration and the arts; and (d) guiding and assisting them concerning the options available to them for education and employment and in the exploitation of such options.
