Objects:
(i) the alleviation of poverty and the amelioration of the destitute, as defined herein, initially within the municipal parameters of mirpur city, pakistan, azad kashmir;(ii) without prejudice to the generality and the multi-disensical aspects of the above, and more specifically to;(a) provide the essential food, clothing and shelter to the destitute;(b) to provide financial succour to the destitute;(c) to provide free medical care for the destitute;(d) to provide free ambulance for the destitute;(e) to provide free education to the children of the destitute;(f) to assist financially the destitute in the context of their children's marriages;(g) to assist in the tracing and recovery of missing persons;(h) to establish and operate dispensaries at the tehsil (district) and district headquarters in azad kashmir;(i) to arrange for the transportation of the dead bodies of the kashmiries from islamabad airport;(j) to establish and operate a control room for the co-ordination of the various functions and activities of the trust; and the expeditious provision thereof;(k) to accomplish the aforesaid purposes and objects of the trust throughout the territory of azad kashmir.
