Objects:

the objects for which the charity is established are to provide care and rehabilitation for nurses, midwives, health visitors and other practitioners in the healthcare or caring professions who are subject to statutory regulation and who find themselves in personal or professional difficulty arising out of the disciplinary function of the professional body which regulates their profession or out of other disciplinary proceedings (or the threat of these) and to relieve poverty or mental or physical ill health or distress among such persons.
