Objects:
"(1) to promote and provide for and to further the education of persons in the united kingdom and elsewhere who are students, potential students or past students of the school of st helen and st katharine (""the school"") or any educational institution with which it might merge or which it might acquire(2) in awarding to such persons:(a) scholarships, exhibitions, bursaries or maintenance allowances tenable at any school, university or other educational establishment approved by the trustees,(b) grants or maintenance or travel allowances for or to assist their entry into a trade profession or service or otherwise in furtherance of their education(c) loans (including loans at non-market interest rates or interest-free) for all or any of the above purposes(3) the trustees must use the income and may use the capital of the trust fund in promoting the objects (but this shall not prevent the trustees from setting aside income pursuant to the power contained in clause c (x))"
