"the charity's objects (""the objects"") are:-1. to meet or contribute towards the cost of the restoration, preservation, maintenance, repair, improvement, beautification and reconstruction of all saints church, marlow in the diocese of oxford in the county of buckinghamshire (""the church"") which may from time to time be required as shall be determined by the executive committee ( the executive committee having liaised as necessary with marlow district church council) to include the spire, bell tower, roofs, walls, windows, doors, foundations, stonework, porches and all fixtures and fittings and furniture and monuments, stained glass, ornaments and chattels whether in the church or the churchyard and the organ and all service installations provided that there shall be specifically excluded all general running costs of the church such as lighting, heating, rates, taxes, insurances and the cost of providing services and other events whether for public worship or otherwise and all other regular outgoings falling under the heading of general housekeeping.2. for the benefit of the people of the said county of buckinghamshire and the said diocese to preserve, repair, maintain, improve, beautify and reconstruct the church and the monuments, fixtures, fittings, stained glass, furniture, ornaments and chattels in the church and the churchyard thereto as a premises of historical importance or architectural value in the event of the church being declared redundant by pastoral scheme made under the pastoral measure 1983 (or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof) or otherwise ceasing to be used regularly for public worship."
