1)the advancement of charitable purposes in the county of powys, mid wales, including the relief of poverty, relief of sickness, the advancement of education and training and provision of support and assistance and the provision of accommodation;2. to promote in powys the study of and research into aspects or method of the prevention of crime and delinquency, including the making of records and dissemination of information concerning the same;3. to establish and manage in powys projects which will enhance employment prospects and recreational occupation for offenders;3. to promote rehabilitation and resettlement of persons in powys who are suffering, have suffered or are in danger of suffering, a legal restriction on their liberty in any penal establishment or any other restriction or penalty under the provisions of any legalisation concerning the criminal justice system including persons who are or have been subject to probation orders, drug addicts and alcoholics;and5. to promote in powys the welfare of such persons and their families and dependants with the community in such ways as may be wholly charitable.
