the object of the charity is to further the education of pupils entering attending, or who have attended the school by: (1) the award of prizes (or suitable reward), grants or scholarships to pupils entering or attending the school; and (2) the payment of leaving grants (which may take the form of scholarships, exhibitions or bursaries) to pupils leaving the school and continuing their education, and financial assistance to aid former pupils to continue their education; (3) providing financial support for the purchase of books to the school, including the library; and (4) the award of prizes (or suitable reward), grants or scholarships to pupils attending or who have attend the school and who show or have shown outstanding competence in musical and/or vocational study.
