1) assisting people who are in need or are suffering hardship because of their social, personal or economic circumstances including (though by no way limitation) through:a) the provision of financial assistance in the form of grants and loans;b) the provision of housing or shelter for those in need, provided that this shall not extend to relieving any local authority or other bodies of a statutory duty to provide housing;c) the provision or use of items of basic necessity;d) the provision of social care, such as advice. counselling and childcare;e) the provision (or the assistance in the provision) of rehabilitation of offenders;f) helping unemployed people to find employment;g) the provision of education, training and re-training opportunities and work experience, especially for unemployed people;h) the provision of financial assistance, technical assistance or business advice or consultancy in order to provide training and employment opportunities for unemployed people in cases of financial or other charitable need through help:i) in setting up their own business, orii) to existing businesses;i) the creation of training and employment opportunities by the provision of workspace, buildings, and/or land for use on favourable terms;j) the provision of some basic healthcare services or facilities and medical or other aids and equipment;k) the provision of help and advice to persons in need in relation to debt and personal financial management, welfare benefits, accommodation and homelessness, and similar matters;l) promoting the preservation and protection of health and particularly (though not by way of limitation) to provide advice and education into the dangers of drug, alcohol or other substance addiction or abuse;m) promoting the rehabilitation of persons affected by drug, alcohol or other substance addiction or abuse;n) relieving persons who are experiencing mental or emotional suffering and to relieve the distress associated therewith, including by means of providing advice, counsel, assistance and support to such persons;o) advancing education in the subject of pregnancy and the termination of pregnancy and the effects thereof upon women, whether physical, medical or psychological, and to preserve and protect women's health, and to provide advice, counselling and assistance to women and their partners and families who are suffering from any physical or mental illness, distress or poverty during of as a result of pregnancy or following an abortion, miscarriage, cot death, still birth, loss of a child or sexual abuse.p) the provision of spiritual help, support, advice, education, personal prayer and encouragement in relation to any of the above or otherwise.2) the advancement of the christian religion including (though not by way of limitation) through the provision of places of worship together with administrative offices where members of jesus fellowship church and their visitors and guests may meet.3) the provision (or the assistance in the provision) of facilities for recreation in the interests of social welfare: these facilities shall be available to the members of the public at large.
