a. the charity has been established with particular regard to the football match to be played at the stadium of light, sunderland, on 14 may 2002 between sunderland association football club and the republic of ireland, organised by niall quinn, one of the trustees, the net proceeds of which will, at the discretion of the trustees, and in furtherance the charity's object be given to the following:1. city hospitals sunderland nhs trust charitable funds, registered charity no. 1052366.2. our lady's hospital for sick children, crumlin, dublin, a hospital registered with the revenue commissioners of the republic of ireland with charitable status no. chy4483. 3. goal, a humanitarian organisation one of whose projects is working with street children in calcutta, and which is a registered charity no. 1002941 in england and wales and which is also registered with charitable status with the revenue commissioners of the republic of ireland with charitable status number 6271b. subject to the provisions of clause a above, to apply the capital and the income of funds received subsequent to the completion of the football match detailed in clause a above for such general charitable purpose or purposes as the trustees shall in their absolute discretion determine and without limitation to the generality of the foregoing to relieve children's sickness, poverty, distress and suffering and to advance their education in any part of the world including the distribution of additional funds to further the objects set out at clause a above.
