Objects:
(a) to advance the education of prison inmates and offenders and ex-offenders (meaning in this clause for the avoidance of doubt persons who have been given custodial or non-custodial sentences by a court in england and wales or are serving or have served custodial sentences wholly or partly within a prison in england and wales) through vocational or non-vocational training. (b) to fund or support activities which provide prison inmates and other offenders or ex-offenders with knowledge training and skills during the sentence and afterwards which are likely to contribute to their integration into the community and specifically: (1) to lead to employment or improved employability, and (11) to make available to persons suffering from poverty hardship and distress anywhere in the world goods and services provided by prison inmates offenders and ex-offenders.
