apply the income of the fund (and may if they consider it proper in the light of exceptional circumstances apply the capital thereof) in advancing legal education by assisting persons with defective eyesight in the study of the law in such manner as they shall from time to time think fit and in particular (and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) by providing equipment in the library of gray's inn for the use of persons suffering from visual handicap entitled to use such library for the purpose of enabling them to read or otherwise ascertain the contents of books and other publications contained therein and for the same purpose to provide in such library books and other publications in especially large print or which are produced by a process other than printing
