Objects:
the promotion for the public benefit of urban or rural regeneration in areas of social and economic regeneration by all or any of the following means: a) the advancement of education, training or retraining, particularly among non-employed people, and providing non-employed people with work experience; b) the relief of unemployment for the benefit of the public in such ways as may be thought fit, including assistance to find employment; c) for the public benefit to promote learning for pleasure by people no longer in full time employment through the continued development of their individual capabilities, competencies, skills and understanding in subjects of educational value; d) the maintenance, improvement or provision of public amenities; e) the provision or assistance in the provision of recreational facilities for the public at large and/or those who, by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, poverty or social and economic circumstances, have need of such facilities; f) the protection or conservation of the environment; g) the provision of public health facilities and childcare; h) the promotion of public safety and the prevention of crime; and i) such other means as may, from time to time, be determined subject to the prior consent of the charity commissioner for england and wales.
