2 object: the object of the club shall be to work for the relief of people with hearing impairments in liverpool in particular but not exclusively by:(a) the provision or assistance in the provision of facilities for recreation and other leisure-time occupation with the object of improving their conditions of life.(b) the promotion of lipreading and other activities which will enable them to communicate more effectively.(c) the provision of up-to-date information on technical aids and other help available to them.
