a. the trustees shall hold the income and property of the charity on trust and to apply the income and all such part or parts of the capital for or towards such charitable purposes and to make donations to such charitable institution at such time or times and in such manner as the trustees may in their absolute discretion think fit.b. this is to include support for homeless and substance abusers regardless of gender, race or religion, reaching out to them on the streets with food, clothing and blankets and any other support they may need, facilitating and running a day centre providing facilities such as hot meals, basic hygiene necessities, workshops and courses in partnership with further education providers, first aid, also their rehabilitation and resettlement through the establishment of suitable facilities.
