1) the upkeep and maintenance of the burial ground described in part 1 of the schedule to this scheme; and2) the furtherance of the religious and other charitable work of gospel standard baptist churches in wiltshire; 3) if and in so far as the income or expendable endowment of the charity is not required for the objects specified in sub-clauses 1 and 2 then it may be used for furthering the religious and other charitable purposes of the gospel standard baptist churches in oxfordshire.
