2. objects2.1 the charity’s objects are to promote general charitable purposes for the public benefit in particular, but not exclusively, by:2.1.1 advancing and/or promoting the education of children and adults in norfolk and/or suffolk in such ways as the directors think fit including, without limitation, by the provision of education, training, retraining, vocational training and/or community learning and/or by the provision of information, advice and/or guidance in respect of all or any of the foregoing, particularly, but not exclusively, in each case for those who find gaining access to learning to be a challenge including, without limitation, by reason of financial hardship and/or physical and/or mental disability and/or other disadvantage;2.1.2 without prejudice to the object set out in article 2.1.1, advancing and/or promoting the development and education of children in norfolk and/or suffolk including, without limitation, by the provision of nursery and pre-school care and/or by encouraging parents and/or carers of such children to understand and provide for the needs of their children (or those children for whom they are responsible) through community groups and/or by offering play and/or other childcare facilities (including, without limitation, one or more children’s centres) and/or training courses;2.1.3 promoting and developing the capacity and skills of people in communities in norfolk and/or suffolk that are experiencing long term economic and/or social disadvantage in such ways that support them to better identify and meet their needs themselves and participate more fully in society;2.1.4 preventing and/or relieving the mental and/or physical sickness of persons by the provision of services and/or activities in norfolk and/or suffolk which support the improvement of individuals’ mental health and general wellbeing;2.1.5 promoting, maintaining, improving and advancing education in the arts in particular for children and/or their families (including, without limitation, the provision of an early arts programme that is intended to enhance the experience of the arts and/or any similar programme);2.1.6 preventing and/or relieving financial hardship of persons in norfolk and/or suffolk;2.1.7 promoting social inclusion (of those in norfolk and/or suffolk who are socially excluded by reason of financial hardship, physical and/or mental disability, unemployment, poor educational or skills attainment, ill health (whether physical and/or mental), substance abuse or dependency, discrimination and/or relationship and/or family breakdown) by preventing people from becoming socially excluded, relieving the needs of those people who are socially excluded and assisting them to integrate into society
