to relieve poverty in any part of the world, in particular by:-(a) the provision of information by the use of the internet and other information and communications technologies as a means of addressing the charitable needs of the poorest communities; and(b) the provision of training and equipment to poor communities to allow them to access the above information.(c) to promote human rights as set out in the universal declaration of human rights and proclaimed by the general assembly of the united nations resolution 217(iii) of 10 december 1948) for the benefit of the public by:-(d) advancing education in human rights whether by teaching, producing material or by conducting or commissioning research (and publishing the results of such research)(e) raising public awareness and cultivating a sentiment in favour of human rights by the use of publications, the internet, the media and public advocacy provided that this does not extend to promoting directly s change in the law or government policy or the administrative decisions of government authorities.
