to save and protect life and mitigate suffering in communities affected by natural, manmade, humanitarian or environmental crises, internationally or within the united kingdom by freely deploying a specialist search and rescue reconnaissance team by such charitable means as the trustees from time to time determine. this team will endeavour to provide crises assessment information, co-ordination support or search and rescue capabilities to, as the trustees see fit, the host's country, crises management agencies and emergency response teams and incoming international search and rescue agencies and relief organisations.
