4.1 the only objects for which the charity is established are for:4.1.1 the prevention or relief of poverty;4.1.2 the relief of sickness and the promotion of mental and physical health;4.1.3 the advancement of education, skills, training or re-training and the provision of work experience, particularly among people who are unemployed;4.1.4 the relief of those in need, by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage primarily but not exclusively by the provision of counselling, advice, information and support services and other assistance and through the provision of suitable accommodation to those who are homeless;4.1.5 the promotion of social inclusion by preventing people from becoming socially excluded and relieving the needs of those people who are socially excluded and assisting them to reintegrate into society;4.1.6 the provision of services for mediation, reconciliation and achieving restorative justice between victims of crime and offenders with a view to preserving public order and for the protection of the physical, emotional and mental well-being of such victims and the rehabilitation of such offenders.4.2 for the purpose of article 4.1.5 'socially excluded' means being excluded from society, or parts of society, as a result of one or more of the following factors: unemployment, financial hardship, youth or old age, ill health (physically or mental), substance abuse or dependency, discrimination, poor educational or skills attainment, relationship and family breakdown, homelessness or poor housing that does not meet basic habitable standards, crime (either as a victim of crime or as an offender rehabilitating into society).
