Objects:

1. to promote the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment by investing in such areas of technology, science, engineering, research and management as the trustees determine from time to time; and2. to advance the education of the public in such charitable ways as the trustees see fit, in particular but not exclusively by: (a) undertaking, commissioning and supporting technological research in environmental areas and/or issues (including projects aimed at advancing knowledge, processes and education in all such areas); and (b) by investing in, granting and donating monies and undertaking similar incentive schemes to enable individuals, educational institutions or such other organisations as the trustees determine to further this object.
