for any charitable purposes which will benefit the public living in and/or visiting the london borough of hillingdon including but not limited to the following:a) the advancement and support of education b) the relief of povertyc) the promotion for the public benefit of urban and regeneration in areas of social and economic deprivation (and in particular the london borough of hillingdon) by all or any of the following means:i) the protection or conservation of the environmentii) the provision, maintenance and improvement of public amenities including transport linksiii) the relief of unemployment in such ways as may be thought fit, including assistance to find employmentiv) the advancement of education, training or retrainingv) the provision of financial assistance, technical assistance, business advice or consultancy to provide training and employment opportunities for unemployed people in cases of financial or other charitable need through help (i) in setting up their own business, or (ii) to existing businesses;vi) the promotion of public safety and prevention of crimevii) the promotion of recreational facilities for the public at large or those who by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, poverty or social and economical circumstances have need of such facilities(viii) to develop the capacity and skills of members of the community in such a way as to help the socially and economically disadvantaged to be better ableto identify and meet their needs and to participate more fully in society.
