to promote any charitable purpose for the benefit of all inhabitants in the area of benefit by associating together volunteers and organizations in a common effort to advance education, protect health, relieve poverty, sickness and distress and advance any other charitable purpose. for these purposes but not otherwise the company shall:i. advise and guide persons willing to volunteer.ii. provide a centre.iii. advise and guide organisations regarding issues relating to the rights and responsibilities of volunteers.iv. publicise opportunities for volunteering within the area of benefit.v. promote volunteering and community activity by recruiting, motivating, supporting and enabling those individuals in the area of benefit to take a fuller part in society, to take greater control over their lives and to increase their opportunities for learning and development.
