"(1) the relief of sickness generally, but not so as to limit the generality of the following:-(1.1) the provision of a network of support for sufferers of human bse, their relatives, friends, care providers and the ""worried well"" (being such individuals as receive formal notification that they have been exposed to and are at risk of contracting human bse but in whom the condition is not yet diagnosed); and(1.2) the provision of a telephone helpline, website and other communication media to provide support to the sufferers of human bse, their relatives, friends and the worried well.(2) the advancement of the education of the public and, in particular, but not so as to limit the generality of the foregoing:-(2.1) the education and training of doctors, nurses and any other care providers in the causes and effects of human bse, and the case and treatment of sufferers;(2.2) the promotion of research into the causes and effects of human bse and research into the care and treatment of sufferers and the publication of the useful results thereof;(2.3) the development and provision of a library or bank of information on the causes and effects of human bse and the care and treatment of sufferers; and(2.4) the provision of information to sufferers of human bse, their relatives, friends, care providers, medical profession, the worried well and the general public on the cause and effects of human bse and the care and treatment of sufferers.(3) the relief of poverty in cases of need, hardship or distress including the assistance of persons who through their social, medical and/or economic circumstances are in need.(4) such other charitable objects as the charity shall from time to time determine."
