the charity's objects are to promote any charitable purposes for the benefit of the community of waverley and the surrounding area ('the area of benefit') by the advancement of education, the protection and preservation of health and the relief of poverty, sickness and distress, including but not limited to promotion of the protection of adults and children who have suffered from or are exposed to domestic violence by such means as are charitable including (but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) the preservation and protection of their mental and physical health, the relief of need and the promotion of research and education concerning domestic violence.
