"4.1 - to establish an independent law centre in the area of the metropolitan borough of bury (as constituted from time to time) and its surrounding area (hereinafter called ""the designated area"") to relieve charitable need, in particular financial hardship, by the provision of a legal service to those in need of it; and4.2 - the advancement of education amongst persons living, working or connected with the designated area by the improvement and diffusion of knowledge of the law and the practice of the law and the administration of justice, having regard especially for those areas of the law which are of particular concern to people living in poverty or suffering social exclusion or are directed to the relief of poverty or social exclusion; and4.3 to promote such other charitable purposes as are beneficial to the communities within the designated area."
