the objects of the charity (the “objects”) are for the public benefit1. the relief of unemployment2. the advancement of education, training or retraining, particularly among unemployed people, and providing unemployed people with work experience and employment;3. the relief and prevention of poverty4. to develop the capacity and skills of socially and economically disadvantaged members of the public in such a way that they are better able to identify and help meet their needs and participate more fully in society; and5. the promotion of urban regeneration in areas of social and economic deprivation by all or any of the following means:(a) the provision of financial assistance, technical assistance or business advice or consultancy in order to provide training and employment opportunities for unemployed people in cases of financial or other charitable need through help (i) in setting up their own business enterprise (ii) to existing businesses or social enterprises;(b) the provision of facilities for the public at large or those who by reason of their youth age infirmity or disablement, poverty or social and economic circumstances, have need of such facilities;(c) the provision of public health facilities and childcare;(d) promotion of public safety and prevention of crime, including by rehabilitation of young and adult offenders;(e) the creation of training and employment opportunities, including by the provision of workspace, building and/or and for use on favourable termsto further such exclusively charitable purposes according to the law of england and wales as the trustees in their absolute discretion from time to time determine.
