"the objects of the charity are to:(a) help educate children and young people resident in the area of benefit through their leisure time so as to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capacities so that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society and their conditions of life may be improved; (b) further benefit of the residents of the area of benefit without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, race or of political, religious or other opinions, by associating together the said residents and the local authorities, voluntary and other organisations in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure-time occupation with the objective of improving the conditions of life for the said residents; and(c) establish, or secure the establishment of, a community centre and to maintain and manage the same (whether alone or in co-operation with any local authority or other person or body) in furtherance of the objects. subject to clause 7, the land identified in schedule 1 must be retained by the trustee for use for the objects of the charity. 1. promote the benefit of the inhabitants of troedyrhiw and the neighbourhood together defined by the plymouth ward (hereinafter called ""the area of benefit"") without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, nationality, race or of political, religious or other opinions, by associating together the said inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants;2. establish, or secure the establishment of, a community centre and to maintain and manage the same (whether alone or in co-operation with any local authority or other person or body) in furtherance of the objects;3. promote such other charitable purposes as may from time to time be determined."
