Objects:
(a) the charity shall stand possessed of all monies investments or property which shall at any time hereafter be paid or transferred or granted to the charity or donated to or collected by the charity for the purposes of the charity and the assets from time to time representing the same monies investments and property or any part or parts thereof respectively upon trust to pay or apply the annual income thereof and with power to pay or apply all or any of the capital thereof from time to time respectively to such charities or for such charitable purposes as the charity shall from time to time think fit ('the objects').(b) without limiting the promotion of the objects it is envisaged that preference shall be given to the following purposes insofar as they are lawfully charitable, that is to say:(i) to advance education by promoting a heritage trail or trails in south west pembrokeshire ('the area') for the public benefit;(ii) to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of and visitors to the area without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, race or of political, religious or other opinions by associating the local authorities, military authorities, religious bodies, service organisations, voluntary organisations and inhabitants and visitors in a common effort to advance education and the appreciation of the rich heritage of the area and to secure that it is known to and enjoyed by a wide public;(iii) to examine, preserve and illustrate the ancient monuments and remains of the history, language, manners, customs, arts and industries of the area and to educate the public in such matters;(iv) to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the enjoyment and quality of life of the inhabitants of and visitors to the area
